Why Our Policies Are Enforced
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and cannot be rebooked on short notice.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in lost reserved time, preparation costs, and business
income.
Deposits and cancellation fees are enforced to compensate for reserved appointment time and ensure
fairness to all clients.
Deposits & Payments
A $100 non-refundable deposit or 25% booking fee (depending on the procedure booked) is required to
secure all appointments. The deposit is earned at the time of booking and applied toward the total cost
of the service unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance is due at the completion of the first session. Deposits are non-refundable. Any
transfer of a deposit is granted solely at the artist’s discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• If not rescheduled by the end of the business day, 50% of the remaining service balance will be
charged as compensation for reserved appointment time.
• A new deposit is required to book any future appointment.
Illness or personal circumstances do not exempt clients from this policy unless rescheduled prior to theappointment time.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive without prior communication constitutes a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the
deposit is forfeited and 100% of the remaining service balance will be charged as compensation for
reserved appointment time. There are no exceptions.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show at the artist’s discretion and may
result in deposit forfeiture and full remaining balance charges.
Client Consent, Results Disclaimer & Waiver
Results vary based on skin type, healing response, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. Specific
outcomes are not guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with healed results does not constitute grounds for a
refund.
Tattoo artists and estheticians do not practice medicine and make no medical claims. I confirm that I
have disclosed all relevant medical information.
I understand that I must approve the design, color, and procedure prior to application. Once the
procedure has begun, no refunds, reversals, or credits are issued.
I voluntarily consent to services performed by Alyce Leonard Permanent Makeup and Esthetics and
release the business from all claims arising from these procedures, except in cases of gross
negligence.
